Egg Idli curry






Ingredients:-

few
coriander leaves
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
6
number Eggs
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1
tspn
Garam masala powder
1
tspn
Cashew powder
1 cup Onion chopped
1 tspn
Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
2
Tomato chopped or puree

METHOD:-

1.In a bowl add onions,a pinch of redchilli powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,salt ,coriander leaves along with eggs.Whisk the mixture well.
2. Transfer the mixture to another container & steam it .It can be steamed in oven or the steamer like idlis
3.Cut the steamed eggs into cubes .These cubes can be used in any kind of curry.

curry :-

1. Take a pan & add oil in it.add cumin seeds ,onions,turmeric,ginger garlic paste & saute well. 2.Add Tomatoes to the mixture and fry them.Then add red chilli powder,coriander powder & mix well.
3,When it cools down.Add the mixture in food processor or mixer and make it as puree
4. Take a separate pan.add butter and add the mixer puree in to it and cook till oil separates. Add cream(optional)
5.Add cashew paste.
5. Add egg cubes at this point & cook for 2 mins.
[Note:- Egg cubes can be replaced with tofu/Paneer] Serve it with roti/rice.

This recipe i tried out first time ,it came really superb and very tasty.My dear hubby liked it a lot.he is big fan of Egg.
