Mushroom Mutter Makhani- M3


1 tbsp cashews
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fenungreek leaves
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup green peas
2 tbsp oil
1 cup onion

2 cup small sliced white mushrooms
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup tomato

pinch turmeric

  • First mix 1 cup of onion in blender to make onion paste.
  • For tomato paste: mix tomatoes, 1/2 cup onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and cashews in blender.
  • Pour oil in pan, heat cumin seeds, chilli pdr, tumeric, garam masala, coriander pdr fenungreek leavesand salt.
  • Add 1/2 cup onions, brown them, add green peas and mushrooms, cook for a few minutes until mushrooms slightly soft.
  • Add tomato paste and sugar simmer for 15 minutes. turn off heat add cream. let it simmer for 2 more minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, serve.

yummy....i love mushrooms but my husband doesn't. i don't make it as much as i would love to.....could you fedex it to me please.......:)
