Sabheem Cutlets

This recipe i got it from my friend. I made some changes and made as small cutlets out of that recipe. It will taste really awesome.

Ingredients:-

Sabudana(Sabhaayam)(Sabhakki) - 1 cup
Potatoes - 2 medium (boiled and mashed)
Roasted crushed peanuts - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Green chillies paste- 2 tspns
Copriander leaves - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:-

Wash sabheeyam and soak it with 1/4 cup water overnight or atleast 4 hours befor yopu make these cutlets. After soaking it would have become soft.

Mix all the above said ingredients in to sabheeyam and make it as a dough.

Take small portion and make as cutlets and shallow fry it on a pan, by adding oil until it becomes crispy.

Enjoy this with any tomato ketchup or any tamarind chutney.
