Mint coriander soup

During my pregnancy, mom used to make soups and salads for me. This soup is extremely simple to do and tastier and ir just re freshens after a busy day. Its also good to have during cold.it gives instant relief.


Ingredients:-
Mint- 1/2 bunch
Coriander-1/4 bunch
Ginger grated- 1 tbspn
Garlic- chopped in to small pieces- 1 tbspn
Corn flour- 1tbspn
salt- to taste
pepper powder- 3/4 tspn( Adjust according to your spice level)
Lemon juice- 1tbspn

Method:-

Boil water in a bowl by adding ginger , garlic and chopped mint and coriander.
Add salt and pepper powder. Once it is boiling,Add corn flour mixture( make corn flour paste by adding little water separately). Keep aside off the flame and add lemon juice and serve in soup bowl.

Hope your baby is doing good Shruthi. Mint looks comforting. Regarding the magnetic notepad, I got it in the one dollar section in Target :)

I love coriander and mint, but I don't think I've ever had them together. Your soup sounds so simple and refreshing, I look forward to making it soon :)
