I wanted to make this snack from a long time. Finally made it and called my friends for dinner. Starter was a big Hit. This is one of my fav snack. Sabudana is very good for your health.
This dish is not instant made. You need to make preparations atleast 4 hrs befor you make bondas.
Sabudana- 1 cup
Rice flour-2 cups
Curds- 2 cups ( sour curds is better)
Onion chopped finely- 1/2 cup
Mint leaves- chopped- 2 tspns
Coriander and curry leaves- Little
Green chilli paste- 1 tspn
Salt- to taste
Soak sabudhana in curds for atleast 4 hrs
Add all the above said ingredients to the soaked sabudhana. You can add little more curds to get the bonda consistency while frying them in oil.
Mix thoroughly. make small balls out of it instantly and deep fry them in oil as given below.
Your Sabudana bondas are ready.
