Ingredients:-
- Peas- 1 cup
- Red chillies-8-10
- Dhaniya seeds- 1 tbspn
- Jeera- 1/2 tbspn
- Pepper-2
- Dry coconut- 2 tbspn
- Small onions -2 { 1 fried on flame}{normal 1}
- Garlic-2 flakes
- ghas ghas-1tbspn
- coconut grated- 1 small cup
- milk-2 tbspn
- Tamarind pulp- 1tspn
Method:-
- Keep aside the boiled peas. Take a deep pan or a cooker pan. Add oil in a pan
- Add onions chopped and garlic flakes. Add peas and a pinch of turmeric. Fry for some time.
- When it is frying, meanwhile set aside 2 mixtures and blend it .
- 1. all the above items, [except ghas ghas and coconut]paste
- 2.Ghas ghas and coconut paste.
- Add the 1st mixture to the peas and fry it. Add salt and boil it. After that ad ghasghas an coco paste. Add little milk for taste. Finally add tamarind juice. Let it cook on a low flame. your curry is ready to eat with chapathis,rice ,dosas.
- Best is with Dosas
Fry the whole onion on a low flame and set it aside. grind it when onion has become soft.
