A special North Karnataka dish.
Ingredients:-
Jowar flour- (Maize flour)-
1/2 cup Oil-
1tspn Salt-
1/2 tspn water-
1.5 cup Butter- little
Jowar flour- (Maize flour)-

Method:-
Add water in a deep vessel by adding salt and oil and bring it to boil. When it is boiling, add jowar flour and let it cook for 15 mins in a low flame by closing the lid and letting little steam to go out. Take out from the flame and nicely stir and knead it and make small balls out of it. Take Jola flour and make them as chapathi ( same way like u do Chapathis) fry it on a pan. do not add oil. take a thin white cloth. dip water and apply it on frying rotti and keep frying till it becomes soft . take out from pan add butter cubes on it and serve it with any curries
