Ingredients:
Whipping cream- 1 cup
Condensed milk- 1 cup
Rose syrup- 5 tspns
Rose water- 1 tsn
vanilla essence- 1/4 tspn
Pistachios- Chopped- 1/2 cup
Gulkhand(optional) 1 tbsn
Method:
1. Whisk whipping cream in a bowl until it forms peak.
2.Add condensed milk and mix well. Add rose syrup and mix well.
3.Add dried rose petals and chopped pistachios.
4. Finally add chunks of gukhand on a freezer safe try and pour the mixture.
Freeze it for 6-8 hrs and enjoy the scoop of delicious fragrant rose ice cream.
